Majority of the existing staff were great to work with and offered invaluable support when requested. Satisfactory salary and benefits, however nothing ground breaking.

Unstructured organisation with "Big Company" ambitions but had a "Small Company" mentality. Lack of respect or appreciation from Senior Management. High turn over in staff. Scatter gun approach to System Development

Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
