The management causes a toxic work environment and culture. Home specialists are micro managed and made to feel like children. HR offer no support. False promises are made in terms of progression and there is obvious favouritism. If the store leader decides she doesn’t like you she will make it very obvious by making unkind comments, making you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. If you raise a concern about store leaders to HR they will not only tell the store leader who raised the complaint, but then will do absolutely nothing about it. Never have I seen a manager make so many people cry
