Neptune are constantly putting the cart before the horse, strategies are always completely rushed before being fully realised which leads to frustration and stress down the line for store teams. Progress is slow, you can tell them how to improve but it will be months before you see any movement or progress. The company has a habit of hiring people who are not properly vetted or experienced for roles. This adds further stress and pressure to teams who are then expected to carry the weight, as well as being expected to train those who should already be qualified to fulfil the job. Commutation is poor, hard work and taking an initiative is rewarded with little recognition and more work. My experience at this company could be best surmised with the words “disorganised” and “chaotic”. Hours are long and pay is mediocre. There’s a lot of wonderful people at this company but they are ground down over time by hollow promises and poor planning.

Very few besides the dismal pay and nearly nonexistent hours.

There are many. Overworked, underpaid, never appreciated. Horribly run company that does not pay their techs consistently. The owners do not care about customers or employees.
