The amount of pay for the job that is needed is really good. You receive quarterly bonuses for how well you do in sales however, you're not obligated to do really well in sales, just sell. The product is top class and they stand behind their coffee 100%. The company does care about the employee so long as you don't make too many waves or disagree too much. There are too many chiefs and not enough people making real change to resolve the problems they have. The website doesn't work the way it should, the system is archaic and have a marketing team that is as knowledgable as a pack of kindergarteners on how to effectively promote or execute a promotion. There are managers that have one person under them and really take up space or are redundant. The quarterly bonuses are not paid out in a separate check so 70% of it gets taken away in taxes.
