most store mangers are good but half got thier jobs as a favor, more than one manager have no clue what they are doing. The peolple that should get promoter that are in the company for a long time and are very efficient at theirs jobs, don't get a change, the company promotes how they give you opportunities to grow but that's a big FAT LIE only if you know somebody you move up, not base on your hard work or qualifications, terrible mangement at the corporate level

Regarding our internal recruitment, we follow specific guidelines to assess our employees’ skills and also fill jobs with internal talent where skills fit an open position.
