We appreciate your positive feedback regarding your experience as a Boutique Coffee Specialist.
Over the past nine months, I have visited many boutiques and met with our Coffee Specialists to obtain insight about their daily activities and interactions with our customers. Actually, our coffee specialists and management have provided me with very useful information to better serve our employees and customers, on a local and national scale.
I agree with you; communication is key to drive our business. We have several communication channels in place throughout the organization to share information about our products and promotions.
