Yes, we offer many benefits that employees are happy to enjoy. By the way, all products we provide our employees, including the machines, are new; we have not provided refurbished machines for several years now.
The Customer Relationship Center (CRC) requires a solid organizational structure and operational ground rules to provide the 24/7 world class service we pride ourselves on. These business practices are common to all customer service centers in the US. We have heard from many employees who worked in call centers in the past that our business practices at the CRC do provide a great deal more flexibility than our market competitors.
Regarding your comments on the supervisors, I agree with you that we must all role-model the same behaviors. If you are feeling this is not happening, please come forward by calling our confidential employee help-line at 888-424-2409 and providing specific facts about your experience.
