First, I want to start by saying that Nespresso values the contribution each employee makes to the overall culture of our organization and is committed to providing an environment free of discrimination or harassment. We have anti-discrimination and harassment policies in place and regularly train our employees on these topics and invest a great deal in our leaders, teams, and organization to foster the right caring culture where people respect, help, and inspire each other to succeed.
There is always value in continually training and developing our people, particularly managers. We offer an abundance of trainings and re-trainings including learning and development geared specifically to people leaders to manage effectively and empathetically. At Nespresso, we offer flexible scheduling as a way to actively promote and implement ways of working to better support work-life balance. When used effectively, this flexible scheduling allows employees to manage their time in office and at home as it best suits them and their teams.
We appreciate you also taking the time to highlight the positive aspects of our benefits package, as well as the recognition of the coffee education for our employees.
