      If you are lucky to get an interesting project you can have a nice experience.

      The leadership in this company does not care about employees at all. The all treat employees as resources. The only thing they care is the revenue. The Indian leadership has an elaborated speech but live in a bubble where they get only what they want to hear. On one side they are releasing employees, but on the other side they are hiring only Indian leadership. This company will disappear, as no real strategy is driving it's success. There is no success at all! Only empty words and Indian "philosophy".
