No work life balance, no internal talent focus, no Carreer roadmap, all work no play, no progress in Carreer trajectory, bad leadership ( not all but mostly). No strict action taken on bad managers.

You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

Svantaggi

If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
