Desorden absoluto, si sigues desarrollando tu perfil profesional te recomiendo saltarte esta experiencia. Te tocará estar en equipos cuya función es improvisar el 100% y es probable que lleves cargas de inclusive otros equipos que no te deberían corresponder. Ambiente hostil, las personas que resisten es por sus amigos y prestaciones.

You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
