      I guess I have high expectations for the people I interact with. Tiffany emails me saying I applied for a part time EA position (which I didn't), then emails me saying she was "multitasking" and meant to say I applied for XYZ position (which I did). We schedule a time to chat further at a specific day at 1:15. I take my lunch, wait until 1:19 and no call from her. So I call her. Then she tells me if she can call me at 1:30, I confirm 1:30 is the time she will call me and she confirms. She doesn't call or email. If this is the co-owner, I can only expect worse from her team and services. Save yourself the headache of dealing with such "elite" agency.

      Given the mentioned above, I can't talk about the Cons. I would not hire a company like this which treats their applicants in such manner. Proceed with caution is what I have to say.

      I was a client of Net Gold on two searches for my company. I had two unique needs to fill, and Net Gold was able to suggest very innovative solutions and job descriptions to capture exactly what I was looking for. As a business owner, I have come to appreciate responsiveness to requests. I received emails from Net Gold quickly, at nights, and on weekends, which was a huge help.
