Great real world internship - Recensione dipendente - Team Leader presso Net Literacy

Building a great new product, the next evolution of Net Literacy. Great team and leadership.

None that I can think of if you like a startup vibe.

We worked independently in teams developing video products. It was very fast paced and there was a lot of OJT because teams contained memebers that had unequal experience. This meant that you learned a lot. Love the bonus program which comprised a significant part of my compensation. Great management, we worked on a college campus, other team members were people I liked.

Things could get a bit stressful because we were all competing for bonuses. While they allowed us lots of creative discression in our projects, I wish that we could focus on topics beyond Internet safety.
