I had the chance to work with A LOT of wonderful business owners around the world. Some awesome people...that's the high point. If I had it to do over again - I would have passed on this opportunity. I was surprised at the speed for which the company would make poor decisions. If I had known that in advance - I would have passed. If I wanted to see behind the curtain of a fast paced multi-directional company, this would have been a good fit. I would suggest new employees 'tow the line' and don't row in the wrong direction. Ideas or concepts that run contrary to the corporate direction aren't encouraged or received well. 'We're not a victim culture....." --- means don't complain or suggest a direction other than that being promoted. I just read another review here - 'why did they hire me if they were going to let me go in the near future." I would agree with that...... Below you will read a 'cut & paste' response from Tiffany or Sean . . . something like - 'We're fast moving and have definitely made some major shifts in direction in the last two quarters...we strive to ....blah blah blah.' The reality, not nearly enough foresight is used in hiring and change of direction in business model. A result of that would be an internal campaign to have employees write positive reviews here on GlassDoor. Karma's a ....... well you know. I wish my former co-workers all the best.
