The pay was pretty reasonable.

The company is intentionally understaffed leading to burnout and high turnover. They don’t train new hires and the on-boarding process is a jumbled mess. Employees are expected to work 80+ hours every week. I told my Manager I expecting a baby and needed to plan for leave and was “asked to resign” that week because there wasn’t enough staff to fill in while I was out.
