I enjoy working at NetApp because of my team and the great manager that I work for. Everyone is very helpful to one another and definitely no big egos. The people outside of my team are great to work with as well. The benefits are good and they also offer 401K matching. Annual bonuses are a plus, which we have been exceeding our goals the last couple of years, especially with the pandemic. The new flexible working is an added benefit now too.

The only Con that I can think of is sometimes the lack of response from the recruiting team, especially if you want to further your career internally.
