I've been working with NetBase for 4+ years in the market development team. I've been the happiest in this role and at this company that I've ever been. As a remote employee, the infrastructure has been supportive. We have a responsive support team, wonderful HR and finance folks, and our sales team hold high integrity. The sales folks that have been with NetBase the longest have been flexible in the face of rapid growth, and have always put the prospect/customer first. This has ensured long-term customer success. I have repeatedly been sought out by customers at prior companies that we've sold to, asking for us to introduce NetBase into their new organization. When change happened, as it does in this fast-paced high-tech world, I was personally called by our CEO to discuss any concerns that I might have and to explain that what where and why of the vision. He was thoughtful and appreciative. I've been on the other side of this having been through 2 layoffs in my 25 years in Silicon Valley. It's not always about job performance or crisis. Sometimes it is about vision, growth, and how best to support your current customers. Currently, we have embarked on new technology offerings and new core product bundles that will undoubtedly be adding immense value to our customers' success and ROI.
