This company takes pride in training their employees and there are always resources if you have questions at your fingertips. There is open communication between departments as everyone is working together toward a common goal. The employees care about the company and the work that is being done. It is a refreshing atmosphere to be part of. Management takes pride on promoting from within and will work with their employees to reach their professional goals.
