As such, NetCentrics’ PTO policy is designed to give its employees the freedom to use their time off in a way that best suits each individual employee to include taking time off for government holidays or their summer vacation, and every hour accrued is available to them from their date of hire. NetCentrics’ PTO policy is competitive with other government contractors and we make it a point to give our employees as much flexibility as possible without interruption to our customers and their missions. Regarding leadership and staffing, we make every effort to find the very best talent for each position – an individual capable of meeting customer needs, complementary to the rest of the team, and aligned to the culture and strategic goals of our company. Our evaluation criteria is based on a variety of factors, from years of experience and subject matter expertise, to career goals and personal character. Every one of our customers has unique needs that require an equally unique team – from program managers and project managers to analysts and deskside support.
