They offer PTO, 401k, and more benefits I didn’t know were available as a contractor. They also have a liaison you can talk to if you are having any issues whatsoever.

Excellent recruiters, prep was very good for client interviews Benefits available (insurance, PTO) through NetEffects for contractors Client dependent, but I was able to receive acceptable annual raises on my contract rate Easy to communicate with, single point of contact was always able to help with any issues or get me to the right place

Not as much communication between staffing firm and client manager as other firms, but certainly not bad
