      Job can be fairly relaxed, and the coworkers are all great and friendly

      Leadership is a joke. Supervisor is overworked, and means well, but is held back by upper management. He is trying to make the work environment better but upper management ruins all progress. Owner comes in maybe once or twice a year, and is only concerned with adding more clients and making more money. Zero communication from upper management, and rest of the team left in the dark, and struggling to cover up for owner.

      The Owner is never around and non-confontational.

      You will work with a pathologic liar that only cares about themselves. It is ALL about the money but you will hear the phrase "it's not about the money" You will be made to believe that it is a caring family-oriented place to work but if you need time off for family you will be talked down to and made to feel like your work should be more important then family.
