Vantaggi

Working as a field engineer so the only good thing about it is you have great colleagues to work with.

Svantaggi

Management only thinks about cost cutting and implements all types of nonsensical policies when nothing seems damaged. No wonder the high turnover rate. You only receive bonus once a year and at a very upsetting amount even if you have performed and being graded well for the past financial year. Salary increment is also poor. Not much benefits too as compared to other local companies. Poor progression too.

Vantaggi

Worked as an Associate Engineer and gained valuable exposure to Singapore’s telecom infrastructure and network operations. The company provides a stable working environment with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. Good place for fresh graduates or engineers who want to understand project coordination, contractor management, and operational processes. Colleagues are generally supportive and teamwork across departments is decent.

Svantaggi

Career progression may feel slow unless you actively take on additional responsibilities

Vantaggi

The working environment is quite stable, and the colleagues are supportive, which makes it easier to learn and adapt. The company also provides good exposure to infrastructure operations on a large scale, and the work-life balance is better than what you usually hear about in other industries. I also like that NetLink Trust encourages continuous improvement through Lean initiatives. There are opportunities to share ideas, improve workflows, and actually see changes being implemented.

Svantaggi

Because the company is currently evolving and implementing new initiatives, employees may experience changing priorities and an increase in adhoc work. The pace of change can occasionally be challenging while teams adapt to the new direction.
