The process is disorganized, communication is poor, and employees are treated as expendable. During my time in sales, I experienced constant micromanagement, unrealistic targets, and a complete lack of support or recognition. Despite putting in long hours and effort, I saw management prioritize cost-cutting over people or results. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and demoralizing. This organization is rotten from the inside, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a professional, respectful work environment.
