No control over who is hired Managers just have to deal with what they get and sometimes depending on who is interviewing they have poor ideas of a good candidate. Basically, if they show up they can get hired which leads to a high turnover rate.
Extreme micromanagement from the owner of the company, the man handle petty cash and trip logs
Anger management issues from management (including breaking office items, slamming doors, berating employees in presence of peers, and name-calling).
No flexibility in schedule.
Little work/life balance (consistently called and messaged outside of business hours).
Required to use a personal vehicle with no type of reimbursement.
No direct deposit option (paychecks often dispensed after Friday banking hours closed).
Little opportunity for advancement.
