Vantaggi
One day of fruits a week If you want me to be honest, I can't see any more pro's.
Svantaggi
1. Work life balance. Some teams are paid overtime but others aren't. You are usually expected to stretch your day. Working to your contracted hours or slightly over is sometimes classed as "not being committed to your job" 2. Salary is significantly below the market rates and don't expect a pay raise or any progression (unless you are one of the non-EU staff members whose Visas have been sponsored by the company and need the pay raise clear certain limits at the home office.) 3. BEWARE of saying anything (negative or that may be construed as being so) about the management or their children who work in the company even if it is not work related and related to an event outside work which you are party to. 4. To gain any respect as a human you need to suck up to everything they say or do. You have NO opinion. 5. Be prepared to be "Micro-Managed" 6. Beware of your colleagues (or may be friends), they will back-stab you at the drop of a hat. They will bad mouth you behind your back. Also be very careful of your manager (at least one is a very dangerous and intolerant man). 7. One of the Owners who always has a smiling face is very dangerous, the persons mood can change in seconds and I have seen some of the best and most committed employees being fired. 8. Staff turnover is seriously very high. 9. Be prepared for a negative employer feedback (that is not factually true) if you leave the company at your own terms (within the terms of your contract).
