They have a really positive culture and live their values. They aren't perfect but own issues and make an effort to address issues as they arise. We get company updates every 90 days on where we are and where we are heading. My manager cares about my aspirations and supports me. They have an inclusive workplace where everyone is treated with respect. Zero office politics.

Svantaggi

Nothing significant. Just make sure you align against their core values and you'll fit in. Make sure you're a team player. I get it but unless you aren't based in Sydney or dedicated to a customer site, their WFH policy is 3 days in the office.
