Work Environment: NetWorld offers a decent work environment, and they occasionally celebrate events, fostering a somewhat pleasant atmosphere.

Salary Delays: I faced a significant issue with salary delays, with a 3-month wait due to misunderstandings and a lack of transparent communication. HR Communication: My interactions with the HR department left me frustrated, as I felt that their communication was biased, giving more attention to female employees and sidelining male employees. Lack of Transparency: The company needs to work on transparency, especially in cases involving payment and salary-related matters. Misunderstandings and lack of clarity should be minimized. Lack of Trustworthiness: I had concerns about the trustworthiness of the company's leadership, particularly Mr. Nirav Devani, who I believe was not entirely forthcoming in his communications.

It had tried twice to joing the company earlier, but somehow due to my less experaince I was not seletect. I prepared myself and finally got selected. I love to work with experienced team members. Company promots their empoyees to learn new thing and get professional books and matirials for use.

The company works on international projects mostly and I have to cope up with seniors in terms of quality and delivery.
