      I had the privilege of working in the threat research team for over four years, and it was an exceptional experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team and the manager of the team. I’m very proud of what we achieved despite not having the full support from the company. The professionalism, talent, and dedication of both my team and many other colleagues across other departments was very high.

      Too much money has been wasted on an everchanging roster of managers, rather than investing in the core staff the company truly needs. I’ve never seen so much manager turnover. Leadership itself seems divided on the company’s direction. Redundancies have been handed out over the last few years, under the claim of having no funds for core staff, yet there always seems to be money available for new managers on 6 figure wages who are usually gone within months.

      Change in C level leadership was a disaster, dinosaur views on how things should be run, turned into the boys club Org needs to pivot the product into something that customers can implement without making it over complicated People are being let go left right and centre Morale was extremely low when I left
