Horrible management. For the first 2-3 months there were a lot of new hires and a lot of people leaving. It seemed like no one knew exactly what are the goals and tasks to do. When new teams were created, my team's project was changed a few times, which slowed down our work or we had to start the project from the beginning next time when we came back to the previous one. Management did not know what has to be done, turned out that some of the things we build were already created in the past.

Change in C level leadership was a disaster, dinosaur views on how things should be run, turned into the boys club Org needs to pivot the product into something that customers can implement without making it over complicated People are being let go left right and centre Morale was extremely low when I left
