Quality of Work: You get to work on very diverse and high-impact projects. The standard of delivery is high, which pushes you to upskill constantly. Collaboration: The teams are supportive. There is very little hierarchy, and cross-functional collaboration between design and tech teams is seamless. Onboarding: The hiring and onboarding process is professional and gives you a clear idea of what to expect.

      Fast-Paced: As an agency/studio, the pace can get very fast. Deadlines are sometimes tight, which requires good time management.

      The senior people who used to work here were great and could learn a lot from them especially at a junior level but they longer are there due to the employers actions.

      The list is unfortunately a little too long but mostly all of it boils down to management and the people who run the place. Their micro-management, lack of respect for the team and endless pretence in front of the world to reality of things behind doors is beyond belief. Mental health will take a toll for sure
