Fantastic business to work for with great people. Lot's of internal movement opportunities if you prove yourself. Good benefits as well, and you can have a meeting with any Senior Manager; good open door policy. Amazing work/life balance as well as the Managers are family orientated themselves and understand family priorities as well. Great hybrid working structure as well.

When compared to the benefits that we have, the cons become so minor that they aren't worth mentioning really.
