Upper management is clueless about the business.
No real direction. The merged company doesn't know who they want to be and how to get there.
Chronic employee turnover and layoffs have left a skeleton crew. People are overworked and burned out.
Management is always looking for a scapegoat. No one in management wants to take responsibility for failures and or learn from mistakes.
