Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.
