Some field staff actually care about their jobs and customers and some are actually skilled. Free coffee tea and hot chocolate.

Owners are the worst, lie, bonuses are a joke, they find any loopholes not to pay you, they talk down to you and openly verbally abuse you as well as in group emails. They are happy to tell you how great they are and take credit for everything. Expect to work 50hrs plus on salary and if not you will be told to look for another job although you better not think of working overtime as a hourly person without 7 levels of approval. When you have nothing to offer they get rid of you. It's there way or the highway. COO is an ego maniac with zero common sense, people skills or talent and all he cares about are his excel spreadsheets and giving orders like they own you.

The leadership of Netcom is dedicated to taking care of their people. During the recent inflation that caused gas prices to sky-rocket, ownership decided to grant nearly every field staff employee (anyone who wasn't already expensing their fuel costs) a bonus to cover the rising prices. This is one simple example of the type of people Roy and Ryan are. The company regularly hosts events and has generous incentive programs to reward its employees. It is clear that Netcom cares about not only the company, but its people, and ownership is willing to help wherever they can. The atmosphere/climate of Netcom is a team-centered, process-driven, result-oriented company. The COO leads effectively and ensures that there is adherence to policies which will make the company more successful. While the CEO makes decisions to pursue opportunities that will help the company grow and develop. Both have a clear vision of the future of the company, and want to share in developing others to be strong leaders in the organization. Netcom is a company where people work hard, can joke around, and are treated fairly based off their contribution to the company. I left my previous occupation because I was only ever going to be paid based off an annual step scale, but wanted to be compensated based on my abilities. Netcom offers those opportunities to any employee willing to work.

This is a high tempo and rapid industry, and it is not for everyone. Unfortunately some of those people choose outlets like this to voice their dissatisfaction with receiving negative reviews - when, in reality, hard work is regularly rewarded at Netcom with lots of upward mobility to those who are willing to put in the effort and do the right thing. Netcom is not a large company, and as a result roles are not highly specialized. This results in many people wearing several hats in their roles. As is ordinary in this industry, you may be expected to receive "on the job training" and work to perfect your craft with the intent that you would soon be operating with limited oversight. It takes a little bit of self-motivation to be successful in this field.

Svantaggi

Poor management. Aggressive combative supervisors. Too much shouting and infighting. Deduct a lunch hour from salaried employees, even if they don't take a break.
