For a small company, there are all the tools I would expect and reasonable training available. There are good opportunities to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and colleagues, and the team culture is collaborative.

As it’s a small company, processes and documentation continue to evolve. Workloads can be busy at times, and priorities may shift based on client needs.

I worked at this company for a period of time and found the culture to be quite negative. The management style was very top-down, and the CEO had a tendency to be overly assertive and unresponsive to feedback from employees. The overall expectation is for you to beg for forgiveness(quite literally) even when you are not at fault and there is proof that people reviewed and approved your work. In my experience, there was little room for open communication or collaboration. Also, you get to hear subliminal racist remarks from the CEO every now and then. Additionally, I found that working in such an environment had a negative impact on my mental health. I believe that a positive workplace culture and management that values employee feedback is important for employee wellbeing and productivity.
