I really liked working for them, the work environment is great, nice colegues, great team spirit, good quality of work, some degrere of flexibility with working hours. I recommend to those who are at the beginning of their career.

You do not get your work merits in terms of financial, but you receive feedback and gratitude every time you do something beyond expectations.

- no meetings (only a daily, duration: 3 minutes top) - you could code all day long - no micromanagement

- bad organization - low salary, with NO yearly review (even though it is written in contract) - no communication with developers
