It's a good place to start because there were little to no requirements when I was joining. I don't know if it's still like that. If you like to learn, you'll learn, regardless of the team you join (in the marketing department that is). There's some room for improvement but you'd have to rub the right back to achieve it most of the time. There was a 5-10% pay increase each year, based on performance when I was there and it was easily attainable. They are inclusive, I worked with neurodivergent people, and I had Roma colleagues during my time there.
