Netlify has been remote-first since day one, and it shows. The processes and culture around distributed work are mature and thoughtful, which makes onboarding smooth and day-to-day coordination easy regardless of where you are. What also stands out is the clarity of direction. There's a clear product strategy, a large and growing market, and a real sense that the work matters. Engineers are trusted to own their domains and run with hard problems. For me personally, this role has been one of the biggest growth opportunities of my career. If a friend asked me whether they should join Netlify, I'd tell them yes without hesitation.
