My journey with Netlink has been truly special. I joined the organization almost 12 years ago as a Senior Back Office Executive, and today I am proud to be working as a Senior Project Lead in the BPO division. This growth has been possible because Netlink genuinely believes in its people and gives them opportunities to learn, grow, and move forward. Apart from work, Netlink strongly encourages cultural and team-building activities. I have actively taken part in many events, including dance performances, cricket matches, and other cultural activities. These moments helped build strong bonds with colleagues and made the workplace energetic and enjoyable. It never felt like just a job—it felt like being part of a community.
