Pathetic management and HR. Stingy HR and admin policies which are enough to suffocate you in a workplace. Lots of politics and micromanagement everywhere. No good projects and even the managers don't have clarity in what they want from their team. Managers don't trust their team members and there is absolutely no flexibility in work conditions (work form home not allowed). This company has a really high attrition rate among outstation employees. Thanks to the management, HR and their dear policies that the place is a nightmare to work for. Local employees stay much longer as they don't have many options in Bhopal, although they are equally dissatisfied. Good job, whoever it is, in trying to cover up the honest negative reviews with the false positive reviews.
