I had worked there for good three years as Sr. Technical Analyst - Service Desk. The best part of my job was; exposure to multiple Projects, Technologies, Tools, Clients, Different Tracks within ITIL and, all of this at one place, which surely enriched my learning experience. I really appreciate and will be thankful for all of the opportunities this company and my managers had given me. Service Desk/IMG has a positive atmosphere where everyone is given equal opportunities and encouraged to do better job, the managers & directors are very knowledge & friendly.
Decent Salary (Considering Bhopal being the Tier 2 city).
Office is very nice.
Transport facility is also good.
