Company is doing great with best infra and services for customers that is why most of biggest customers from online marketplaces are hosted at netmagic which feels proud for sure.If you are other than L1 engineer you can have good opportunity to learn here(operations department ). Its a good place for L2 and L3 engineers a lot tolearn here only if you pass all the SLAs.

Technically there is everything for customer but after all services are to be handled by engineers only. Customers are happy only because of those 30% of engineers who work hard and are giving best to customers but normally they are not appreciated by their managers of team leaders. The 70% engineers are the ones who spend their time doing only easy tasks and giving handovers of difficult issues to the next shift engineer and customer has no idea why there is no quick solution for what he pays. Sales team takes no real interest in solving customers they handle they only interfere if there is escalation. Night shift employees are given stupid biscuits and some more stupid packaged food and sometimes that is out of stock. KPI is always a mystery for every employee from senior to trainee guys. And it is always delayed and deducted for unknown reason, even your manager cant answer deduction reason. Your payment hike and appraisals are dependent on your relation with manager and not on your work, all you can do is act like you are hardworking. Trainee engineers have no future here, there is nothing to learn technical stuff. Your talent will be used for watching some huge TV screens 24*7 and taking customer calls and transfer it to a technical engineer. That is bloody your job and for that there is bond of two years and bond amount of 75k. If you are good you will be given tasks of making some stupid excel sheets of some nonsense data or you can create tickets from customer mails and repeat it everyday for 2 years + 3 months of notice period(too much for L1 engineer ).
