      Network engineers and field service engineers are hostile, they use NOC engineers as some sort of punching bag, lots of politics. Typical SME, close to nothing benefits. most of the workers are from malaysia, due to outsourcing for maximum profit, if you're malaysian, good for you. CEO is stuck up, first line to me was, at your age, i was doing much better than you, meanwhile he relies on singapore's funding for SMEs and on government contracts like a bloodsucker.
