Too many to even list... but the top ones would be, pay is not competitive with the industry. Benefits are the worst. I would be better off with my Medicaid card. They are to expensive to afford. This company does not care about their employees at all. They fire good people and keep people that don't know what they are doing. The only thing they are looking for are warm bodies in the seats. With all the money they spent moving to the new building they should have put the money into their employees. All they are trying to do is impress any clients that may come to the facility. They are paid a lot of money by these clients, our managers told us that. Too bad they do not invest it on their employees. They gave gift cards and a TV at Christmas. That was not that much. They need to invest everyday in all their employees. Maybe then people would stay longer. People come and go all the time. Our supervisors are great, and our floor managers are ok too. But the big bosses - the ones with offices... in both buildings are rude, unprofessional, they do not take one minute to learn their employees. Probably because they know they won't be there. They do not care about their employees at all. Probably because they are all hired through temp agencies. They are too lazy to even take 30 minutes to do an interview.
