Coworkers were very nice. Training was well presented.

Don't take this job unless you're starving. Immature, ineffective, depressing managers. They will make a scene in front of everybody for the smallest issue. One manager yelled at a coworker in front of everyone for driving too fast in the parking lot. They will write you up for being 1 minute late. Dirty floors and elevators with handprints all over.

They have great incentives and a very friendly environment. If you need money this is a great job, they constantly offer overtime hours. The trainers are great, you are not just thrown out in the call center with no idea on what to do.

They run a point system for attendance. As soon as you hit your points no matter what the situation is. Your child could be in the hospital, family member dying, police incident, etc. they DO NOT care. However, if you are a "favorite" and you reach your points to where you are SUPPOSED to be fired they ignore it. It is a very unfair place. Also, it is constantly busy if you cant handle a busy call center environment this is not the place for you.
