The new Director of Sales has a way different approach and recognizes an opportunity to grow the business, in many different ways. Since he has been there, he has implemented a couple of game-changing tools namely Salesloft and has a very fair approach to work alongside. Aside from that, the environment is very relaxed the company is an employee-owned company, so every activity and success that the company has, can directly affect you in the long-term.

No cons, that I can think of, but I am a very glass half full type of person. Hoping anyone reading this and applying here is also the same!
