Hands down the people are what make Netsertive a great place to work. The people are friendly, collaborative along with being really passionate about their jobs and their customers. The people are incredibly smart and willing to jump in to make the customer experience the best. This company gives the employees several opportunities to share their thoughts on what works and what challenges they face. I have to say this is refreshing to be able to share this with upper management and they actually take your comments seriously. This organization has been through some rough patches and growing pains but is on the upward trend of improving the culture and being more transparent with the direction of the organization and how to get there. The company values the ideas and suggestions from employees on how to improve the environment and culture. Although there is still a lot to do however, I see a positive change taking place.

Change management. Over the past year, Netsertive undertook projects, initiates to improve performance, seize opportunities, addressed key issues, changes to processes, job roles, organizational structures that caused an uncomfortable environment for the employees. As we know with changes like this the employees of the organization have to ultimately change how we do our jobs. If employees don't embrace and learn a new way of working, the recent change will fail. If employees embrace and adopt change required it would deliver the expected results. Netsertive could be better dealing with change management to assist their employees on how to be more fluid and accepting these changes. Change management is a challenge for every organization.
