I cannot think of any cons

High energy management an aggressive with acquisitions to grow company.

Like many tech companies, this company was growing via acquisition. I was one of the people absorbed into the company this way and they acquired several others quickly. While the ideas of the acquisitions were strategically sound, them integration was not well thought out and that leads to difficulties in delivery of products and sales.
