Opposite to what a few of former employees say. They will spend time to guide you through weekly Monday Meeting, 1on1 & Friday Closing. They spent also money to train people in Sales and Project Management, not to mention several fully-paid trips to Germany for the kick off and summer mind camp. Very transparent and acknowledge your efforts through recognition during closing meetings. That's why more than 90% of the employees lasted for almost a year.

Entrusted and promoted some "senior" managers way too early who created a toxic environment when the Management is not present in the office specially when the crisis start hitting

The product is definitely unique on the German B2B event market and the company navigated adamantly through Covid and the most recent financial crisis, taking it as a chance to innovate and reposition itself for the future. Most colleagues - though being quite young on average - have an old-school dedication and value hard work and personal development, which is not so common any more nowadays...

Sure, it's not a day care center for adults, it requires some real effort and resilience, which obviously isn't for everyone. On the other hand, if you are willing to give your best and ready to learn, you can achieve a lot here.
