I worked with NDSE for almost a year, between 2021 and 2022. NDSE built me into an IT professional and cultivated a lot of knowledge in my time there. Management is professional and helpful. They always make time to listen and genuinely care about your development and success. I am thankful for the time I spent at NDSE.

I can't think of any actual cons

Fun people and teammates. Greta benefits. Company events and parties are fun. Office environment.

Lots of work. Busy all the time but you have to know how to manage time. That makes it a lot easier.
